If something isn’t right with your order — maybe the wrong item or a defect — just contact us within **48 hours** of receiving it.  

To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging  
- You should have your order details or receipt  

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll happily replace the item or offer a refund.  
Please note that we can’t accept returns for used items or normal wear and tear.
